There is a wave of new technologies coming to new motorcycles that are supposed to make motorcycling safer, but does it? Most of this technology has already been used on new automobiles in recent years yet accident rates continue to increase. Will motorcyclists have a choice about whether this new technology such as stability control, adaptive headlights, traction control, blind spot monitoring, stability control, tire pressure monitoring and the like will be on their new bike? Will government regulations make such features mandatory on new motorcycles in the near future?
